SHIPPING

On-line Purchasing and Shipping Policy:

All orders must be paid for in advance by credit card. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. There is no dollar minimum for on-line orders and no handling fee.

Please call or email for shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, or international.

Based on your location, shipping can take 5-12 business days once your order leaves our warehouse.

We will email you when we receive your order as well as when it is shipped. If you do not receive an email then your order did not get to us.

We download orders during our regular business hours (M-F 8am-5pm EST.  The majority of the items displayed on this site will ship within 24 hours. Customers will be notified if products are back ordered or shipping will be delayed.  All items will ship from our warehouses either in Florida.

 

Please fully inspect your shipment prior to taking delivery.  As the trucking company will be responsible for any damaged or missing items.  Once you sign off on it and if there is something missing or damaged there is nothing we can do as the shipping company will say that you signed off on the delivery.  So PLEASE look over and make sure there are no damaged or pieces missing.
