The Roundabout is rotationally molded as one piece, and is made out of durable, low density polyethylene. No sealants or fasteners are utilized to construct the Roundabout hull.
Can I use an outboard motor on the Roundabout?

Is the Roundabout weight rated?
Yes, the Roundabout is Coast Guard rated for a weight of 674 pounds before gear.
Can I use the Roundabout in saltwater?
Yes. The Roundabout can be used in saltwater or freshwater. Stainless steel fasteners are used to attach all components to the hull. Simply hose it down after use in saltwater.
How can the Roundabout be transported?
We utilize a basic hand truck to transport the Roundabout to and from most places on land. It’s simple, cost effective, and great for moving from the truck to the garage, etc. The molded handles at the bow of the Roundabout and its manageable weight make transport easier than one would think. To get to your favorite body of water, the Roundabout can be placed in the bed of most pickup trucks on its transom facing upward; normally, two boats will fit in most standard pickups depending on bed size. Additionally, if you don’t own or have access to a truck, car owners can use a standard utility trailer to tow the Roundabout, or even put it on top of your vehicle if it is equipped with roof racks. To make transport even more painless, we offer a lightweight aluminum trailer custom designed to fit the Roundabout that makes launching the boat a breeze.
What is the best way to launch the Roundabout?
The easiest way to launch the Roundabout is by using the custom aluminum trailer we offer, as the trailer is specifically designed to make transporting and launching the Roundabout quick and painless. This gives you the ability to have the Roundabout on the trailer and outfitted with all your gear before you ever get to the water. When using a boat ramp, simply launch as you would a standard boat. If going to a spot off the beaten path, the trailers light weight allows you to unhitch the trailer from the vehicle, bring it to your desired launch site, slide the Roundabout off the trailer using our custom design, and you’re ready for a day on the water. When your day on the water is finished, our trailers design makes loading the Roundabout a simple job, within minutes you’re done and connecting it back to your hitch.
Can the Roundabout handle various water conditions -- like passing boat wakes or a chop on the water?
Yes. With a Carolina flare incorporated into the bow, the Roundabout can handle passing boat wakes or some choppy water, pushing water away from the bow and allowing for the occupant and the deck of the Roundabout to remain dry while maintaining ride quality.
What size trolling motor is best for the Roundabout?
We recommend using a 55 pound thrust trolling motor with a 36″ shaft length. A 55 pound thrust motor is the biggest trolling motor that can be used with a single 12-volt battery. This enables users to get the most power possible out of a single battery, saving space and weight.
What size battery do you recommend for the Roundabout?
We recommend using a deep cycle marine battery, such as a DC 24,27,29, or 31. Additionally, although more expensive, a 12-volt lithium ion battery is a great choice, as it is much lighter and has a longer life than a standard deep cycle marine battery.
Will the Rounabout make it back to shore if the battery dies or the motor fails? Can I paddle the Roundabout?
Yes, if a power failure does occur, you can get back to your launch point by using a standard collapsible paddle that breaks down and fits inside one of the storage compartments. We recommend keeping one stowed away for emergencies.
What safety gear should I have on-board the Roundabout?
As with any boat, we recommend a life vest, standard first aid kit, noise making device, and a collapsible paddle. There is ample room to store these items and still have more than enough space for your gear.
Does the Roundabout have a warranty?
Yes, the Roundabout has a one-year warranty protecting you from manufacturer’s defects.
*Customer pays shipping costs for all returns.
Will the Roundabout track straight in the water?
Yes. The three strakes molded into the bottom of the hull allow the Roundabout Watercraft to track surprisingly straight. Only slight movements of the tiller on the motor are needed to make adjustments on the direction of the boat, making it very easy to steer for anyone using it.
Do you have to register the Roundabout?

Does the Roundabout come with a title?
Yes, the Roundabout will have a hull identification number and a manufacturer’s certificate of origin (M.C.O).
